HOW TO ENTER

Complete the form below with your contact details, the competition name and the the newspaper, magazine or website it appeared in. The information you supply will only be used to contact you if chosen as A winner. Entrant data is not automatically retained by the promoter nor shared with any 3rd parties for marketing purposes.

OFFER ENTRY TERMS:

• The "Promoter" of the competition is Mason Media Agency, The Studio, 19 Antelope Avenue, Grays, Essex, RM16 6QT.

• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

• To enter the Competition an Entrant must send submit their name, address and contact telephone number at www.epicoffers.net/orlando. There is no cost for submitting an entry and no skills challenge is required.

• There will be one (1) reader prize package awarded across the promotion with all participating media. The odds of being selected as the winner depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the offer dates.

• One entry per reader is allowed. Entries upon which more than one person’s name appears will not be accepted. You may not enter if you are an employee or immediate relative of the promoters, sponsors, prize providers, co-promoters or any other person professionally connected with the promotion.

• The competition closes on xxxxx. After this date, a random draw will take place on 1xxxx of all eligible entries received between the opening and closing dates to determine the winner.

• Incomplete, illegible or late applications will not be accepted.

• The winner will be contacted by telephone and email. If the entrant fails to answer or respond, and if it is not possible to contact them by 5pm on 18th December, another winning entry will be selected at random.
