OFFER ENTRY TERMS:

• The promoter of this competition is Mason Media Agency, The Studio, 19 Antelope Avenue, Grays, Essex, RM16 6QT.

• Anyone who enters the competition (an entrant) will be deemed to have understood the rules along with the prize terms and conditions and will be bound by them.

• The NFL entities will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this promotion or any prizes awarded. The NFL entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way. “NFL entities” shall mean collectively, NFL ventures, l.P., NFL ventures, inc., NFL productions LLC, NFL enterprises LLC, NFL properties LLC, NFL international LLC, all of the NFL member clubs (except the jaguars), any successor or future entity that is, directly or indirectly, jointly owned and/or controlled by all or substantially all of the NFL member clubs, or owns assets that produce revenues that are required to be shared with other NFL member clubs under the NFL constitution (including any such entity controlled by the NFL member clubs and the Jacksonville Jaguars collectively) and each and all of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns.

• To enter the competition an entrant must supply their name, address and contact email. This information will only be used for contact if you are chosen as a winner. Entrant data is not retained by the promoter or shared with any 3rd party for marketing or other purposes.

• There is no cost for submitting an entry and no skills challenge is required. Entrants may submit one entry only. Entries upon which more than one persons name appears will not be accepted. You may not enter if you are an employee or immediate relative of the promotor, sponsor, prize provider, co-promotors, or any other person professionally connected with this promotion.

• There will only be one reader prize package awarded for this promotion across all the participating media partners. The odds of being selected as the winner depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the competition offer term.

• The competition closes at 10am on 10th November 2024. After this date a random draw will take place on 11th November 2024of all eligible entries received between the opening and closing dates to determine the winner. Incomplete, ineligible or late entries will not be accepted.

• The winner will be contacted by email and telephone. If the entrant fails to answer or respond and if it is not possible to contact them by 5pm on 12th November 2024, another winning entry will be selected at random.

• The promotors decision is final and it reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

• The promotor will not be liable for any loss including , without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits, expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any persons negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

• Prize package is for four people. At least one traveller must be over 18. Where any traveller is under 18, they must have parental or guardian permission. Prize is valid for 12 months and all travel must be completed within that time. All recipients are responsible for obtaining any other documentation required for travel to the prize package destination. All travellers require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel. Any necessary visa or insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests.

• The prize excludes meals, drinks and other attractions not included in the prize description. No cash alternative is available. If the winner or guests are unable to participate in any of the included experiences, then the promoters travel agent will offer suitable alternatives of equal value at their sole discretion. The prize must be taken in accordance with government guidelines, rules and restrictions.

PRIZE DESCRIPTION:

There will be one (1) Prize (“Prize”) awarded.  Prize winner (“Winner”) will receive a eight (8) day, seven (7) night trip for Winner and up to three (3) guests (“Guest(s)”) to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida (“Trip”). 

Trip will include round trip economy class air transportation for each Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion) to Orlando, Florida; seven (7) nights’ standard hotel accommodation (one room, quadruple  occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal Terra Luna Resort or at another Universal Orlando Resort hotel (as determined by Universal Orlando in its sole discretion); non-exclusive ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, Florida; and Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Tickets for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure theme parks, Universal Volcano Bay water theme park, plus one (1) day admission to Universal Epic Universe, for Winner and Guests. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Trip is Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirteen and 16/100 Dollars ($7,813.16).

Additionally, Winner will receive four (4) general admission tickets to the Jacksonville Jaguars home game at Wembley Stadium currently scheduled for October 19, 2025 (the “London Game”). The specific ticket location will be determined by the Jaguars in its sole discretion.

Trip must occur from September 1, 2025 – September 1, 2026 or Prize will be forfeited. Travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blockout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. Travel dates are subject to Universal Orlando and Sponsor approval. Reservations are subject to availability. Trip must be booked at least sixty (60) days prior to intended departure date. If Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Prize with fewer than the allotted number of Guests or no Guests, the Prize will be awarded to Winner and each participating Guest and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption. If Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), Winner must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the hotel. Unless child or ward of Winner or one of the allotted Guests, each Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the Winner.  ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, ground transportation, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner.  Winner is responsible for any air travel taxes and/or expenses, including applicable departure taxes or fees, inspection charges, baggage fees, and security charges. Winner and Guests are responsible for obtaining, at their own expense, any necessary travel documentation (i.e. valid photo identification, visas, passports, etc.) prior to travel. Once issued, tickets are non transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Universal Orlando.     

In connection with any visit to Universal Orlando Resort, please be advised that Universal’s policies, CDC guidelines, and the recommendations of health officials must be followed. 

In connection with Winner’s attendance at the London Game,  Winner and his/her guests shall comply with all Jacksonville Jaguars, NFL, and Wembley Stadium policies and all ticket terms and conditions.

In addition, guests should be aware of and comply with government guidelines regarding travel restrictions and mandatory quarantines before visiting any Universal destination.  Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and Universal cannot guarantee that any person will not be exposed during a visit.

All parts of the prize are subject to availability and blockout dates, and subject to change without written notice or warning. Should any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of a party, whether or not existing, known, foreseen or foreseeable at the time this Promotion occurs, render the redemption or fulfilment of some or all of the prize delayed, hindered, adversely affected, impracticable, or impossible, Universal Orlando Resort in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to evaluate and make modifications to the redemption and fulfilment processes and timelines for the prize, which may include but is not limited to providing additional time for redemption and/ or fulfilment, or offering experiences and items of an equivalent or greater value.

Universal City Development Partners, Ltd. d/b/a Universal Orlando Resort (“Universal Orlando”) is a prize provider only in this promotion, is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not responsible for the administration of the promotion, the collection of entries, or the selection of any winner.  Any disputes, claims, and causes of action against Universal Orlando arising out of or relating to any person’s use of or participation in any prize provided by Universal Orlando shall be resolved by applying the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions therein, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, Florida. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.
