1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Mason Media Agency, Studio X, 105 High Street, Brentwood, Essex, CM14 4RR (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, the prize provider, participating media partners, their immediate families, agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the prize draw, entrants (“Entrants”) confirm that they are eligible to enter and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Prize Description and Prize Conditions.
4. How to Enter
To enter, Entrants must complete and submit the entry form at www.epicoffers.net/fast during the Promotion Period and provide their name, postal address and contact details as requested. No purchase is necessary and entry is free.
5. Entry Restrictions
Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries, entries submitted on behalf of another person, automated entries, bulk entries or entries generated by third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be rejected.
6. Promotion Period
The prize draw opens at 10:00am on 12 December 2026 and closes at 10:00am on 13 December 2026 (“the Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
7. Prize Availability
There is one (1) prize package available across the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland and across all participating media partners. All eligible entries will be pooled into a single prize draw for one winner. Full details of the prize and any applicable restrictions are set out separately in the Prize Description and Prize Conditions.
8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period by a verifiably random computer process or, where another random selection method is used, by or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place on 14 December 2026. The chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
The winner will be contacted by telephone and/or email using the contact details supplied with their entry. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. The winner must respond within five (5) days of the Promoter's initial notification. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, fails to respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible or is unable to accept the prize in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner using the same selection process. The Promoter may require reasonable proof of identity, age, residency and eligibility before awarding the prize.
10. Prize
The prize is as described in the applicable Prize Description and Prize Conditions. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered unless expressly stated otherwise. If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control make it necessary to do so, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any element of it, with an alternative of equal or greater value.
11. Winner Information
The Promoter will make available information indicating that a valid award took place, ordinarily the surname and county of the winner, to anyone who reasonably requests such information within one month of the draw. The winner may object to their information being published or made available, or request that the amount of information published or made available is reduced. The Promoter may nevertheless provide the winner's details and winning entry, where applicable, to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
12. Publicity
The Promoter may invite the winner to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. Participation in such publicity is voluntary and subject to the winner's agreement.
13. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and to refuse entry or disqualify any Entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, supplied false information, attempted to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process, or otherwise acted fraudulently or unfairly.
14. Cancellation or Amendment
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be made in a manner that seeks to avoid unfairly disadvantaging Entrants.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to this, the Promoter will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an Entrant entered the promotion. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects an Entrant's statutory rights.
16. Personal Data
Personal data supplied in connection with this promotion will be processed for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging or fulfilling the prize. Personal data may be shared with participating media partners, service providers and prize providers where reasonably necessary for those purposes. Personal data will not be used for direct marketing unless the individual has separately consented to such use or another lawful basis applies. Personal data will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with applicable data protection law. 17. Promoter's Decision
The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the promotion is final. This does not affect any Entrant's statutory rights.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and the promotion are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Entrants resident in England and Wales may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. Entrants resident in Scotland may bring proceedings in the Scottish or English courts. Entrants resident in Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in the Northern Irish or English courts. Entrants resident in the Republic of Ireland retain any mandatory rights and protections available to them under applicable Irish law.
